This is the shareware version of Ncrypt,
Version no 1.02.

This edition is for evaluation purposes only. You are licensed to use this software
freely for 30 days, after this evaluation period, should you wish to continue using
ncrypt you should purchase a registered version otherwise you are obliged to dicontinue
using ncrypt and safedrive.
n.b. the mail facilities are disabled in the shareware version.

Description.

Ncrypt 
------
ncrypt is a file management progam which provides facilities for file encryption,
compression and archiving. It is ideal for the secure transfer of files accross the 
internet or other vulnerable paths.

safedrive
---------
Safedrive creates a password protected encrypted pseudo drive on your existing hard
disk, Providing security on your local p.c. N.B. it does not prevent others from
moving,erasing or copying your files, it only prevents them from viewing the
contents of a file, keeping your information safe from prying eyes. 
n.b. the archive directory created in the safedrive drive is for enrypted files
only, all files stored here will be encrypted once and will not be decrypted when
safedrive starts. to decrypt these files move them into any other directory in
safedrive which does not contain the archive directory in the path. the archive
directory and any subdirectories should be used for storing files that are not 
currently in regular use.

Hardware/Software

Minimum 386 with four mb ram and windows 95 ot NT 
Recommended 486 with eight mb ram  or better
